What type of images can I use?
You can use whichever image you like as long as it does not include hateful, harmful or threatening content and does not discriminate anyone in any way.
Be sure that it has full body image or if you want just the face that photo are clean and cleared.
Can I change the chosen image after submitting my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been processed, you can email us at contact@buycustomize.com and request a change in design. However since we try to do it as fast as possible try to do it before 12 hours after payment done.
When will I receive my order?
It takes some time to make a custom product, but we do our best to ensure your items arrive as fast as possible. Average delivery time is 10 - 18 days.
How can I track my order?
All orders shipped by BuyCustomize include a tracking number so that you can now where your package is at any time. You can use our tracking page to do this.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, all our products include worldwide shipping. It doesn't matter where you live. you will receive your ordered product.
